Thanks to Care by Google, Pixel users will get "24/7 support" on their handset. That's tech support directly from Google, all day and all night. To make use of Care by Google, you'll have to go to the Settings app on your Pixel, then tap on the Support tab. From there, you have two options: ask for support by phone, or by chat. If needed, you will be able to easily share your device's screen __with a Google expert for guided help, but only after accepting the “View screen share request” sent by the support agent. Of course, you don't need to do this in case you have privacy concerns of any kind.
We're not sure if Care by Google will be available in all countries where the Pixel and Pixel XL are going to be sold. But the feature will definitely work in the US, and probably also in the other markets where the Pixel phones are currently available to pre-order: Canada, UK, Germany, and Australia.
24/7 tech support via phone or chat is a rare thing, regardless of what device we'd be talking about, so we're glad to see Care by Google being released __with the Pixel and Pixel XL. We just have to wait and see if this will work flawlessly.
