Certain iPhone 6s models produced during a specific period are going from 30% battery life to 0% as quickly as the snap of a finger. Plugging the phone in returns the battery life to 30%. Besides moving toward a software update to fix this problem, owners of iPhone 6s units with certain serial numbers are being given a free battery replacement by Apple.
The iOS 10.2 update is expected to include the latest emoji from Unicode, additional effects for iMessage, and more. We could see iOS 10.2 launched as soon as next week. In the meantime, if you're a registered developer or have signed up with the public beta program, you can download and install iOS 10.2 beta 7 by going to Settings > General > Software Update.
