Weighing in at 1.1 GB, the Marshmallow update may not reach all AT&T ZTE Zmax 2 units today, but it should be available to everyone this week. Note that you must connect your phone to a Wi-Fi network in order to download the update. More details can be found at the source link below.
In case you're wondering, the ZTE ZMax 2 will almost surely not be updated to Android 7 Nougat, so this seems to be the last major software refresh that the device is getting.
AT&T is no longer selling new ZTE ZMax 2 phones, but it's still offering refurbished (certified "like new") units for just $59.99 outright. __with Marshmallow on board, a ZMax 2 is not a bad handset for that kind of money, wouldn't you agree?
